Hyla-Monét Penn is a leadership coach and strategist with nearly two decades of experience supporting leaders and organizations to lead with clarity, courage, and care.
As a former school principal and organizational leader, her work centers on helping leaders operationalize human-centered leadership—turning values into aligned behaviors, systems, and decisions that strengthen culture and performance. With experience across education, nonprofit, higher education, government, and missiondriven organizations, Hyla partners with leaders who are responsible for people and outcomes, guiding them to balance empathy and accountability without burnout.
